“We strive each day to show our member-owners appreciation by the service we provide,” said Kirby Jordan, vice president of member services, marketing and public relations. “This month is just another tangible way to let them know that we value their membership.”

Each Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the co-op will roll out the welcome mat, giving member-owners the opportunity to meet staff, ask questions and sign up for various cost-saving programs.

“Come and learn how you can make upgrades to your home at no upfront cost to you, get ahead of high bills this fall and winter, and enjoy refreshments on us when you stop by,” Jordan said. “We’ll be waiting for you.”

The month-long celebration kicked off Oct. 4 with the Co-op Connections Business Expo. The special event featured a variety of local vendors, food trucks and door prize drawings.
