Carolyn Bradley of Jackson, NC., has served on the Roanoke Electric Co-op Board of Directors since 1996.
She graduated from Elizabeth City State University, where she majored in education. Bradley spent much of her career working in retail stores, Kmart and Lowes. In addition to her role on the Stewart and Missionary Board at Allen Chapel AME in Jackson, N.C., she is also a board member for the North Carolina Rural Electrification Authority.
Bradley said she is optimistic about the future of the co-op and values most its steadfast commitment to serving its member-owners. “I believe the key to the co-op’s future success is to continue to look out for the membership by remaining innovative and keeping up with the times.”
