Description

This is the third session of a five-part webinar series on forestry taxes. Join this series to learn how to save money on your timber taxes.

In Session 3, you will learn how to assess your forest management costs and correctly claim your deductions. Managing your timber costs money, and like any other business, many of your expenses can be deducted from your tax bill.

The webinar series was developed through the Woodland Stewards regional extension program for landowners. It was created by a team of forestry Extension professionals from the following entities: N.C. State Extension, University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service, Virginia Cooperative Extension, Clemson Cooperative Extension, University of Tennessee Extension, University of Missouri Extension, Mississippi State University Extension, University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, University of Georgia Warnell School of Forestry & Natural Resources, University of Maryland Extension, Southern Regional Extension Forestry, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Forest Service.

This is the fourth season of the Woodland Stewards series.
