This is the first session of a five-part webinar series on forestry taxes. Join this series to learn how to save money on your timber taxes.

Session 1 will provide an overview of forestry taxes including a summary of the different types of taxes that forest landowners pay, terminology used and more!

The webinar series was developed through the Woodland Stewards regional extension program for landowners. It was created by a team of forestry Extension professionals from the following entities: N.C. State Extension, University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service, Virginia Cooperative Extension, Clemson Cooperative Extension, University of Tennessee Extension, University of Missouri Extension, Mississippi State University Extension, University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, University of Georgia Warnell School of Forestry & Natural Resources, University of Maryland Extension, Southern Regional Extension Forestry, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Forest Service.
