Engineering, Operations and Technical Services
George Price, Vice-President of Engineering and Operations
This department is responsible for the planning and design of the cooperative's electric distribution system, maintaining all of the cooperative's fleet of vehicles, and maintain existing cooperative lines, both overhead and underground, and construct new lines as needed. Other responsibilities include administering information systems, system mapping, electric metering, material purchasing and supply, and substation monitoring.
Finance and Accounting
Liberache Harris, Vice-President of Finance and Accounting
This department provides the overall accounting and financial services for the cooperative and its subsidiaries accounts. It also handles proper accounting of all work orders requested by existing and prospective members.
Member Services and Marketing
Marshall Cherry, Vice-President of Member Services and Marketing
The goal of the member services and marketing department is to provide our members with up-to-date information about the cooperative and its services. In addition we administer a broad range of community relations and marketing efforts. Every year we offer numerous grant and youth programs, all designed to improve the communities in which our members live and work. This department is also responsible for billing, collecting, meter reading, and coordinating all service requests as well as maintaining complete personal records of all consumer-members.
We have two priorities: to provide excellent service to our members and to serve our community as a whole.

Eva Wiggins, Vice President of Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for developing and carrying out programs involving personnel administration to include recruitment efforts, medical and disability insurance programs, policymaking, wage and salary program reviews, training, wellness programs, and all payroll activity.
