We also offer convenient bill-pay stations throughout our service area. Members may pay their utility bill by cash or check. The payment will be immediately credited and posted to your account. Each transaction has a surcharge of $1.50. Locations are at:
- Shell Village Mart, 1131 Hwy. 48, Roanoke Rapids, Halifax County
- County Market, Eason's Crossroads on Hwy. 158, Gatesville, Gates County
- Reel Wireless, 206 West Granville Street, Windsor, Bertie County
- The Roanoke Center, 409 North Main Street, Rich, Square, Northampton County (located next to old Roanoke Electric Cooperative's headquarters)
