N.C. Electric Membership Cooperative Loan Program
Up to $400,000

• 7 years, 0% interest, defer to occupancy
• Loan for land and/or building

USDA Community and Facilities Grant Program
Combination loan and grant for essential community facilities such as hospitals, schools, clinics, roads, fire stations and more.

USDA Rural Economic Development Loan & Grant Program
Up to $690,000

• 10 years, 0% interest, defer up to 2 years Loan for land and/or building
• 10 years, 0% interest, defer up to 2 years Infrastructure - water, sewer, gas, rail, & site developmen

Microenterprise Loan Program (MIP)
Up to $25,000

The Microenterprise Loan Program helps people become self-sufficient by providing opportunity for self-employment and small business growth. It provides loans for the start-up or expansion of small businesses by individuals who have sound ideas and do not qualify for bank loan.
