How to pay your bill.

Our on-line bill pay is open day or night, seven days a week to accept payments. Click here to pay your bill on-line.

Pay over the phone via credit card or bank draft through our newly upgraded Telelink system. For this method, please call 252-539-2236 or 1-800-433-2236.

Come in to our office to pay. Our address is 409 N. Main Street in Rich Square.

Visit one of our convenient bill-pay stations throughout our service area. Members may pay their utility bill by cash or check. The payment will be immediately credited and posted to your account. Each transaction has a surcharge of $1.50. Locations are at:

• Shell Village Mart, 1131 Hwy. 48, Roanoke Rapids, Halifax County
• County Market, Eason's Crossroads on Hwy. 158, Gatesville, Gates County
• Reel Wireless, 206 West Granville Street, Windsor, Bertie County
