Engineering, Operations and Technical Services

George Price, Vice-President of Engineering and Operations
This department is responsible for the planning and design of the cooperative's electric distribution system, maintaining all of the cooperative's fleet of vehicles, and maintaining existing cooperative lines, both overhead and underground, and construct new lines as needed. Other responsibilities include administering information systems, system mapping, electric metering, material purchasing and supply, and substation monitoring.

Member Services and Marketing

Marshall Cherry, Vice-President of Member Services and Marketing
This department is responsible for providing members with up-to-date information about the cooperative and its services. It also administers a broad range of community relations and marketing efforts, i.e., grant and youth programs. This department is also responsible for billing, collecting, meter reading, and coordinating all service requests as well as maintaining complete personal records of all consumer-members.

Human Resources and Finance

Eva Wiggins-Greene, Vice President of Human Resources and Finance
This department directs all aspects of the cooperative’s employment, wage and salary administration, benefits, regulating compliance and training functions.  Manages the cooperative’s financial activities and general accounting, planning, banking, insurance and taxes.
